At Bin Suleman Perfumes Pakistan, we believe in complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided the perfume is unopened and unused.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The perfume must be in original condition, unopened and unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your perfume for a different fragrance, the easiest option is to:
- Return the original item (subject to approval)
- Place a new order once your return is accepted
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: within 10 business days
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
